MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
In their new premises, the Maynats (meaning "boys" or "kids" in the Béarn dialect) continue to win us over with their instinctive and playful cuisine – their surf and turf combinations are particularly on point. The vibe is cool and friendly in the octagonal glass-paned dining room. Thanks to the mixture of ambitious food and relaxed service, it has earned a place in the hearts of the locals.
