Bib Gourmand: good quality, good value cooking
The location in the side wing of the modern Klinik Gut private hospital may be a little unusual, but the food here is excellent… thanks to Roland Schmid, who has made a name for himself in the region over the years. The decor is trendy and minimalist in style, with an open kitchen; the view of the mountains and the surrounding area is fabulous – tables on the terrace are understandably coveted. Tip: the tasting menu on Thursday evenings.
