MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
Beneath the hundred-year-old vaults of the former refectory of the sisters of the Hôtel Dieu, a listed monument, the menu of this sprawling brasserie is signed by Marcel Ravin (1*-Blue Bay of Monaco). The modern food is sprinkled with exotic West Indian influences. Swish bar upstairs (L’Officine) for drinks before or after dinner and a few special seats at a counter for a tasting menu.
