Where the old Ochsen inn once stood, the new OX'n stands today with its eye-catching modern design – all the glass gives the place an airy feel and a pleasing sense of transparency. The overall atmosphere is trendy yet inviting. In good weather, the terrace beckons. Friendly service. A surprise menu is served on Fri and Sat evenings, and on Wed and Thu, you can dine à la carte. At lunchtime, a simplified version of the evening surprise menu is available. Alternatively, there is a set menu that changes every week, as well as an à la carte selection. Featuring ingredients sourced from local producers, the seasonal cuisine is both flavoursome. A must-try is the Entlebuch trout with asparagus and beurre blanc.
