Riccardo’s dishes are based on balance, offering a harmonious combination of flavours, scents and textures that sum up all this chef has learnt in recent years. His cuisine is modern yet influenced by the culinary traditions of Italy and – especially – by the nearby lake and mountains. Elegant, imaginative cuisine created by a chef who is equally at ease with meat, seafood or fish from the lake. Although the restaurant now has a striking new look, its delightful lakeside terrace is still there, built right over the water and offering fine views over the lake.
