The house itself, though, feels pleasantly secluded in a residential neighborhood, surrounded by lawns and gardens; indoor public spaces are plentiful as well, from the verdant solarium with its marble floors and abundant plant life to the barroom and the adjacent living room, where guests gather by the fireplace.
The residential concept means there’s no restaurant; guests help themselves to a light breakfast on site, and for lunch and dinner are directed to any number of fine local establishments.
