In this upscale hotel restaurant, the glitzy decor, expansive harbour views and Hong Kong's dazzling skyline don't outshine the familiar Cantonese flavours elevated to unprecedented excellence. Delicious golden-seared Hokkaido scallops, crispy deep-fried tofu, and umami-laden crab claw casserole with house-made XO sauce – this menu is all killer, no filler! Both the extensive wine list and the tea menu with some exceptional choices are well curated.
