The wine list is the linchpin of this warm, aptly named restaurant with an intimate urban garden to the rear. Owner David van Steenderen, a world-class sommelier, has a knack for finding new gems. He takes great pleasure in letting his diners taste his discoveries for themselves, offering a choice of wine pairings. The food is just as sophisticated. Classic techniques meet innovative ideas and expertise, creating dishes that complement the wines beautifully. Savour ceviche made with young mackerel, or salmon tartare with a millefeuille of chicory and sorrel oil. With an extensive à la carte selection and set menus, one is spoilt for choice!
