This is the restaurant of the luxurious Aurelio Hotel & Chalet Lech, which slightly overlooks the village right next to the Schlegelkopf piste. The interior is chic and the gorgeous terrace affords fabulous views of the 2 557m-high Omeshorn. The polished and attentive service really enhances the refined yet relaxed atmosphere. At lunch and dinner, the daily à la carte menu features mouthwatering options such as pan-fried char with fregola sarda, beurre blanc, peas and dill, or the classic Wiener schnitzel. Fri-Tue evenings, the team led by head chef Karl Eggetsberger presents a modern and creative fine dining set menu by pre-order (minimum 24hr), with the number of courses tailored to your preference: "Intro", "Classic" or "Grand". Signature dishes such as chamois meat with Alpine salsa, spruce tips and black garlic demonstrate finesse, balance and a clear culinary identity. N.B. The restaurant is normally only open in winter.
