Bib Gourmand: good quality, good value cooking

Burgundy ham terrine, gherkin and fresh herb condiment; Jorat veal belly, pistachios and green asparagus: the Burgundian chef and Meilleur Ouvrier de France definitely knows his stuff. This is a fine dining version of modern French cuisine that highlights local and fresh ingredients and showcases small-scale producers. He successfully pulls it off, and keeps it affordable. Fine selection of wines by the glass.
