This establishment is located just past the boundary between Vevey and Corseaux. The ground floor dispenses cookery lessons (for enthusiastic individuals and groups), while the basement houses the restaurant proper. The latter sports a modern vibe depicted by warm colours (a striking crimson-claret wall), an understated wine display and a designer-inspired long counter. The owners, charming Adel and jovial Niko, play a key role in their establishment’s buzzy character. A set menu with a choice of courses at lunchtime and creative, tapas-style dishes to share in the evenings. Pleasant dinky terrace.
