MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

You’ll find many traditional dishes here, including oven-baked escargot and duck confit. The ‘Butcher’s Hors d'oeuvres’ features a generous portion of uncured ham, salami, pâté and other items on a wooden board. Also popular is the white liver and foie gras crème brûlée.
