The cuisine offers dishes with an international flair presented through two blind tasting menus: one with six courses and the other with eight, both enriched by a selection of appetisers and local cheeses from small producers — a delightful way to discover Maltese artisanal excellence throughout the evening. The wine list features labels from around the world alongside local wines, with an excellent selection available by the glass.
