MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
Authenticity and hospitality are what draw customers to this cosy little corner restaurant. Newcomers will find themselves welcomed by the owner-chef just as warmly as if they were regulars. His traditional Portuguese cooking uses quality ingredients and many of the dishes are cooked in the old-fashioned barbecue way. He even makes his own cheese. Grilled codfish and fried rice with squid ink are two specialities not to be missed. Lunch menu offers great value.
