Bib Gourmand: good quality, good value cooking
Perfect for anyone who loves to share! For lunch and dinner, chef Christian Vogel (aka Birdy) provides an exciting dining experience. With the "Sharing is Love" concept, he puts the onus on communication as much as culinary enjoyment in a relaxed, modern atmosphere. The cuisine is predominantly vegetarian, but can be supplemented with fish or meat – both of which are of the highest quality. Choose à la carte dishes such as cauliflower tempura, soy sauce, peanut, salted lemon, or roast Hokkaido pumpkin, peanut, Thai curry, kumquat, with optional fried Gotthard zander. The sharing surprise menu for two is also on point – ten dishes are served in three courses.
