MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
The owner-chef chose the path of Japanese cuisine based on the recommendation of his father-in-law who was a chef himself. The appetisers are changed daily so that those who come frequently will not grow tired of them and he emphasises first harvest ingredients so that his customers can experience the changing of the seasons. The summer speciality is hamo dishes, and in autumn, sabazushi. Another draw is his cheerful personality.
