If you thought fine dining had to be stuffy, think again. Té Bo opened its doors in 2024 and serves sophisticated food in a relaxing, unpretentious space. At the helm, chef Sebastian is a Hong Kong native with Swiss-Filipino roots. Having honed his craft in some prestigious kitchens, he reveres classical French technique and relishes Asian accents, in keeping with his eclectic background. Counter seats offer a front-row view of the kitchen.
