The chef collaborates with a local organic farmer and the restaurant’s comprehensive sustainability programme includes staff welfare.
"We work closely with local partners in Mols and Djursland, which means that we have access to the season's fresh, local ingredients, right outside the door. We have also become more sustainable on drinks, our work clothes, tablecloths, serviettes and the like. We aim for a more sustainable working environment for all employees: we want to contribute to people feeling good both at and outside of work."
