Occupying the former premises of the Pakta restaurant, this dining space has undergone a conceptual evolution, leading it to move away from informal Japanese izakayas and become more like a Mediterranean Japanese restaurant. The cuisine, which includes grilled dishes, marinades and even pickled foods, revolves around two Omakase menus (Mizu and Alapar) that combine Mediterranean and Asian flavours.
