An attractive family-run restaurant (enthusiastically led by the Cruz siblings, with Miriam in charge of the dining room and Jorge in the kitchen) occupying an old Canary Island property dating back to the 18C with a delightful rustic-cum-regional-style interior decor. Here, the updated take on traditional cuisine showcases ingredients from La Palma, and combines local dishes with others from further afield. Choose between the à la carte and two enticing tasting menus (Sentidos and Sin Filtros). Don’t miss the spectacularly textured cheesecake!
