MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
The room was inspired by an ancient aristocrat’s garden and the menu is also rooted in tradition, with a nod to the tea culture. Barbecue meats and dim sum are crafted by an experienced Cantonese team. As the executive chef hails from Shanghai, diners may find Jiangnan touches in some dishes. The classic deep-fried crispy chicken is now stuffed with ground pork and black truffle before being carved tableside – the meat is silky while the juices are rich.
