The modern timber architecture reflects the beautiful surrounding nature of Berchtesgaden. In the fine dining restaurant, too, pale wood and clean lines characterise the interior, and large windows make for a bright and airy feel. Chef Zsolt Fodor, who hails from Hungary, uses top-notch ingredients to cook up sophisticated, flavourful dishes in the form of a pair of astutely composed six- or eight-course set menu (one is vegetarian).
