Ruhig liegt der Familienbetrieb der Hupfers auf dem Herrenschwander Hochplateau auf 1020 m. Sohn Volker sorgt für richtig gute Küche, die ganz auf die Region und die Saison setzt. Neben Menüs (konventionell oder vegan) und dem A-la-carte-Angebot gibt es auch eine Zusatzkarte mit Schwarzwälder Vesper-Spezialitäten. Nett die Gartenterrasse. Zum Übernachten hat man Zimmer im "stammHaus" und im "spaHaus".
