MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
This elegant restaurant, whose terrace commands a knockout view of the mountains and the valley, is located in the heart of the recently refurbished Villars Palace. The creative menu subtly mixes regional and Mediterranean accents, illustrated by lightly fried fera (lake fish) with green vegetables and a sweet-sour sauce with caper blossom, or Simmental calf’s sweetbread, summer mushrooms, local cured ham and port sauce. Watching the kitchen team at work is a feast for the eye!
