The rooms and suites are a sort of rustic-chic, with high-end comforts like plush linens and in-room iPads; as you move up the scale you’ll accumulate extras like AppleTV, gas fireplaces, or soaking tubs.

Wonderful place to stay in Stowe. We came for a mid-week stay to get some skiing in this season and found Field Guide to be a perfect location. Located in the center of town, we were 12 mins from the mountain and just steps from restaurants, cafes, movie cinema, boutique shopping, everything. The hotel is cozy and quaint and has a very millennial vibe to its decor. Our favorite amenity was the outdoor hot tub which was a great way to relax after a day on the slopes. We also loved the breakfast spread each morning. Always fresh, always different, one of the best continental breakfasts I have ever had. We are Lark hotel converts and are already planning our next stay!
