MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
Part of the marina development northwest of the city centre is this striking modernist building with an equally impressive split-level interior boasting floor-to-ceiling windows and contemporary blonde wood furnishings. Creative modern cooking sees seafood dishes taking the starring role; maybe start with a wine ‘baba’ topped with succulent langoustines before moving on to gratinated crab with creamy risotto. To accompany are a great selection of wines by the glass, with everything brought to the table by a cheery team.
