In a 16C townhouse in the heart of the city, dedicated hosts Susanne and Michael Pilz have created a cosy restaurant featuring beautiful vaulted ceilings and a truly idyllic outdoor dining area with trees, grapevines, shrubs and herbs. The chef-patron crafts regional and seasonal dishes with modern influences (think veal lights with brioche dumplings or sea bass with melted tomatoes and saffron gnocchi), the lady of the house expertly directs the service with warm hospitality.
