In the stylish interior, Stefanie, your charming host, provides attentive service. Presiding in the kitchen, meanwhile, chef Christoph cooks up modern dishes with Austrian and international influences. Beef tartare, fermented garlic, mustard ice cream, shallot is one tempting dish; fluffy Austrian pancake, plum, bourbon vanilla ice cream is another.
