Modern Design & Lively
As travelers tire of long-haul jet travel, regional destinations are once again in vogue — and their hotels are looking better than ever. Honfleur, on the coast of Normandy, is once such place, and the Hôtel Saint-Delis is one such hotel. This local landmark, once the home of the painter Henri de Saint-Delis, is now a luxury boutique hotel of the sort that wouldn’t look out of place in Paris. And though it lacks a restaurant of its own, it’s a sister to the Ferme Saint Siméon, with two fine restaurants of its own, as well as the Vieux Honfleur, all within easy walking distance.
