Neither the breathtaking vistas of Pearl River and Canton Tower, nor the galaxy-inspired interior outshine the edible artwork served here. The kitchen excels in pairing seafood with sauces that accentuate depth and umami, illustrated by grilled carabinero in capsicum shellfish cream sauce.
