MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
On the Lac d'Orient road, this half-timbered house, typical of the Champagne Humide region, offers house specialities that juggle with tradition: salad of prawns with fennel and baby spinach, brill and beurre blanc sauce with champagne, chocolate sphere packed with berries. There are also comfortable guestrooms, a pleasant spa area and a bistro in an adjoining building. "Maison Gublin" is doing well.
