Run by the Hupfer family, this establishment enjoys a tranquil location on the Herrenschwand high plateau, 1 020m above sea level. This stunning setting is surrounded by an abundance of greenery – unsurprisingly, tables on the garden terrace are coveted. Son Volker delivers exceptional cuisine that is entirely centered on the region and the season. In addition to set menus (regular or vegan) and à la carte dishes, there is a selection of traditional Black Forest snacks.
