Al Qana Marina witnessed many a restaurant opening in 2022 – and that included this contemporary Japanese spot, with a great terrace. The experienced chef, under the aegis of consultant-chef Akmal Anuar, has a diligent team supporting him. Signature dishes include yellowtail carpaccio, tuna tartare with yuzu dressing, Wagyu striploin with magnolia leaf and truffle jus and, of course, the titular otoro nigiri. The relaxed space has a funky feel and is dominated by a large open kitchen.
