Two Stars: Excellent cooking
An unusual concept, the architecturally impressive Hangar-7 is both a Red Bull exhibition space and a fine dining restaurant. Diners are given a choice of three set menus featuring a winning combination of international and domestic dishes: the guest chef menu, the "Ikarus menu" and a vegetarian alternative – all available in six or eight courses. The decor is stylish and elegant and the attentive front-of-house team includes a highly accomplished sommelier who is on hand to provide astute wine recommendations. Tip for motorists: you can park directly opposite.
