The hotel was well situated and beautiful inside, but the staff were AMAZING! I have stayed in lots of hotels and the customer service really stood out. The staff booked a tour for me, booked train tickets to Milan, gave great recommendations for dinner and were just all amazing - every single one: all the receptionists, the door man, the staff at the restaurant / bar and the person who cleaned our room each day!
