The menu focuses on local traditional cuisine with the occasional personalised twist, such as the pork-belly kebab with a papacelle reduction (short, pulpy peppers with a sweet flavour) and stracciata sauce, while the wine list features labels from the Irpinia region (and elsewhere) with a good choice of vertical wines and top-quality names such as Aglianico and Taurasi.
