Just outside of Savelletri di Fasano, in the countryside along Puglia’s Adriatic coast, is Masseria Cimino, another classic whitewashed farmhouse-turned-hotel, this one with a distinctive red-brick tower of 18th-century vintage. Its 14 rooms are divided between the farmhouse and the tower, and all retain plenty of southern country charm, even as they’re brought up to date with modern comforts. It’s an unassuming place, with a delightfully small-scale restaurant and a cozy little bar and lounge, but it offers access to bigger luxuries through its affiliations with the San Domenico golf club and Borgo Egnazia, its luxurious sister hotel.

Beautiful well priced little hotel. Staff lovely and services good. Would highly recommend.
