Raffles Bali is no exception — here, butlers double as private buggy drivers, the spa specializes in energy healing, and the house cocktail is the arak-based Bali Sling. This Indonesian expression of the Raffles template works beautifully, in no small part because of the resort’s stunning location on the Bukit Peninsula overlooking Jimbaran Bay — but also due to the thought and care that’s clearly gone into the hotel’s elegant design.
