Working here is a young chef who majored in science at school and was planning to become a golf teacher when he "stumbled upon" cooking. With some great experience under his belt, he did up an old car garage, retaining its spirit (raw materials, vintage chairs). He offers a short seasonal menu, full of temptations. Mission accomplished.
