Although Jean-François Lucchese started out as a pastry chef, he likes to define himself as a "craftsman of taste", taking care over cooking, seasoning and marriages of ingredients. Here in this old building in the centre of Châteaudun, go back in time courtesy of the "Medieval Menu", which is all about tradition! Delicious bread made in-house.
