In the heart of an authentic 19C abode set in the midst of the Meursault vineyards, Japanese chef Takashi Kinoshita invites you to indulge in an elegant, gourmet interlude. In keeping with the dining room, which sports 17C Grand Siècle details mixed with contemporary furnishings, the food is appetising, beautifully plated and refreshingly legible as each flavour is respected and delicately enhanced. The single set menu is composed of a culinary symphony of first-class ingredients, which are given a contemporary spin and imbued with the odd Asian twist: ikejime hamachi from Japan and broccoli, John Dory from small boats with a house-made pesto.
