The chef and his wife now welcome guests on the slopes of the Vercors in the listed medieval site of a former Carmelite convent (flanked by a museum, garden and conservatory orchard with fruit varieties native to South Grésivaudan, which can be visited after your meal). The menu showcases market-fresh seasonal and regional produce, racks reminiscent of walnut drying sheds adorn the interior, outdoors is a pleasant, shaded patio.
