Its name may be a bit of a thumb-twister, but the appeal of the seaside Hôtel Ha(a)ïtza is a straightforward one: a fine location close to the Dune de Pilat, less than an hour’s drive from Bordeaux; a 1930s villa with a memorable silhouette; and modern interiors by none other than Philippe Starck. Its rooms, suites, and apartment are unfailingly stylish and bright, as is, in a different way, the hotel’s photogenic pool deck. To these charms it adds a spa by Codage and three restaurants: a café, a brasserie, and The Skiff Club, recipient of two MICHELIN Stars and one Green Star.

Amazing experience with an incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Loved everything, including our delicious dinner at Le Skiff Club and fun vibes at Cafe Haaitza. Can’t wait to visit again!
