Not far from Innsbruck, in the Stubai Glacier valley, sits the tiny Austrian village of Krössbach, home to Vitalhotel Edelweiss, a hotel as rare and pure as its namesake flower. The Pfurtscheller family works hard to preserve its alpine character, visible throughout in the quality of natural wood and stone construction.
