Scandinavian minimalist design, a Japanese Zen vibe and a convivial atmosphere are the defining features of YANO. You will be welcomed by the charming Britta before the highly experienced chef Yuri lets his cooking do the talking. His dishes are vibrant and skilfully seasoned. His culinary style has French foundations, yet he also draws on his Moluccan roots and other influences from far-flung places. Whether he is combining pigeon with pumpkin and coffee or langoustine with pipián verde and huacatay, his creativity knows no bounds and never fails to impress.
