The seasoned owner welcomes guests, sharing his insightful wine tips along the way, while the rich flavours of classical cuisine, albeit with a modern twist, have no secrets for his wife. Eels, Anjou pigeon and seabass are frequent guest stars on her deftly cooked and generously served menu. The lunchtime menu is a steal.
