Here in the historical heart of the fortified town, Raphaël (on savoury dishes) and Marion (desserts) delight diners with full-flavoured and tasty bistronomy creations: cod tempura, broccoli and tartar sauce; lemon, sablé biscuit, meringue and tequila sorbet. In the evening, they serve a tasting menu that includes spelt risotto with lobster, the house's signature dish.
