Fine ingredients and immaculately presented dishes prevail at this pretty restaurant not far from the Gorges de Châteaudouble. Fall for the creamy risotto, courgette and summer truffle sauce; let yourself in for the surprise of the "pause fraîcheur": a soft melon sorbet topped with minty mousse. Generous and sun-drenched cuisine, to be enjoyed in the 18C building or on the terrace overlooking the grounds.
