The Theatre Hotel not only wows overnight guests with its chic design, but it also offers an interesting dining experience based on an attractive modern concept. In the open kitchen, which can be seen from all over the restaurant, the team puts together modern dishes with light international accents. On the menu you can read for example "potato gnocchi, guanciale, whey" or "duck, chestnut, jerusalem artichoke, mandarin". There are three set menus, each building on the last with an increasing number of courses. The non-alcoholic beverage pairing is also recommended. In addition there is a good selection of cocktails.
