This converted wine storehouse with its metal frame still in place is spacious, comfortable and full of charm! The cuisine is very much aligned with the seasons and relies on small-scale producers in the local area. Delicate, inventive dishes can, of course, be washed down with wines from the estate, which are produced without additives, using agroecological methods. Pleasant guestrooms for overnight stays.
"The Domaine has been committed to an ecological approach since its inception. Our wines are produced using agroecological methods (without pesticides, herbicides or synthetic additives); we heat the buildings using geothermal energy; and our swimming pool is filtered using plants. At the restaurant, we have a "zero miles" philosophy when it comes to sourcing our supplies."
